30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your METOIN purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return
• For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned once opened

How to Return

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day
3. Pack your items securely and attach the label
4. Drop off at any shipping location

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Quality Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, regardless of whether the package has been opened.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or color, simply return your original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest delivery on your new item.
